As a Painter/Plasterers with MTN Development Limited, you will be responsible for painting, decorating, and coating projects across our diverse range of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in preparing, grinding, and coating various flooring surfaces, including concrete and wooden floors, as well as sanding and painting walls in both residential and commercial buildings, will contribute significantly to the successful completion and high-quality outcomes of our projects.

Key Responsibilities: 


• Preparing surfaces by removing old paint, sanding, grinding, filling cracks, and priming. 
• Sanding and painting internal and external walls of residential and commercial 
buildings. 
• Applying paint, varnish, epoxy coatings, wallpaper, and other finishes accurately and 
efficiently. 
• Selecting and preparing paints to match specifications, including tinting, mixing, and 
matching colours. 
• Sealing surfaces using suitable undercoats and primers. 
• Erecting scaffolding and ladders as required for access to high surfaces. 
• Applying protective coatings to structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and other 
surfaces. 
• Grinding and preparing concrete and wooden floors for coating and finishing. 
• Performing touch-ups and repairs to maintain finishes. 
• Cleaning equipment and work areas upon job completion. 
• Assisting with general building and renovation tasks as required. 
• Adhering strictly to all health and safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working 
environment. 
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure 
project success. 

Requirements: 

  • Applicant must have 2-3 years of experience OR a qualification of Level 4 certificate or above. 
  • Must be able to work 30 - 40 hours per week.
  • Should be able to work on Weekends. 

Competitive Pay Rate: $25 - $35 per hour.
