Due to an ever increasing workload we are now looking for another Fleet Maintenance Technician to assist with our fleet of equipment/vehicles and plant
What we are looking for is someone with experience in:
- Service and repair a wide range of equipment (light / Heavy)
- Fault finding and diagnosis
- Site breakdowns and maintenance work as required
- Maintain service / repair records
- Pre COF / WOF inspections
- Taking vehicles to testing station for compliance inspection
- Overseeing apprentices (when required)
Ideally you will have the following:
- Trade qualifications
- Hydraulic experience
- Full clean drivers licence (NZ) up to class 5
- W endorsement preferred but not essential
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- The ability to attend to work out of town when required (South Island)
- Exceptional health and safety practices and lifting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Current Site Safe certificate (advantage but not essential)
