Evergreen Herbs Marketing Limited is seeking a proactive and creative member to support the growth of our brand through effective marketing strategies, campaign management, and content creation. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our herbal products, engaging with target audiences, and contributing to the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising plans aligned with company goals and target customers.
- Conduct market research to analyse trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to improve brand visibility and market share.
- Develop targeted strategies to grow the brand presence in East Asian and Australasian markets.
2. Campaign Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing outcomes.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
3. Content Creation and Branding
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, the company website, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Work closely with management team to produce high-quality marketing assets.
4. General and Flexible Duties
- Support the Director in additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.
- Be prepared to adapt to a dynamic work environment and undertake varied tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights or suggestions for improving marketing effectiveness.

Hourly rate: $25 or above depending on experience and skills.
Minimum of 30 working hours per week

Minimum Requirements (must meet one of the following):
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Administration, or other business-related disciplines;
· OR Work Experience: More than five years of professional experience in marketing or management.
