RALO Logistics Limited is a growing New Zealand transport and logistics company providing container cartage, freight transport, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and promote our logistics services across the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise and manage sales and marketing activities for the company.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for transport, freight, warehousing, and logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop pricing proposals, quotations, and service presentations for clients.
- Lead customer acquisition activities and convert sales opportunities into long-term business.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to support business growth.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and brand.
- Coordinate promotional activities, client communications, and business development initiatives.
- Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
- Monitor sales performance, customer activity, and marketing outcomes, and prepare reports for management.

Skills and Experience

- A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, Logistics, or a related field, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of customer service, market development, and commercial growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Experience in the transport, freight, or logistics industry will be an advantage.

- Location: Auckland
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay Rate: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
- Hours: 35–40 hours per week
