We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Zealand.This role focuses on developing and maintaining partnerships with New Zealand local property developers and real estate institutions, promoting our full-range property management services, exploring new business cooperation opportunities, and supporting the sustainable growth of the company’s local market share.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Explore and develop new business channels, establish and maintain stable cooperative partnerships with local New Zealand property developers and real estate institutions.

- Promote the company’s full-range property management services and provide tailored cooperation solutions to meet the diverse needs of different business partners.

- Develop and execute advertising and promotion plans to boost property project exposure and attract potential clients.

- Research the local New Zealand real estate and property management market, monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics, and support the formulation of market expansion strategies.

- Manage the full-cycle cooperation process including business negotiation, solution communication and contract signing, and resolve daily partner cooperation issues in a timely manner.

- Collate daily business development data, submit regular work progress reports, and optimize market development strategies based on market feedback.

- Maintain long-term good relationships with existing partners, continuously tap potential business demands, and drive incremental and repeat cooperation business.

 

Candidate Requirements

Work Experience: Have 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, market development or business cooperation.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above, majors related to business are preferred.

Industry Background: Familiar with the operation rules and cooperation model of New Zealand’s real estate and property management industry, with solid industry cognition and market sensitivity.

Professional Competency: Skilled in business negotiation, market expansion and customer relationship maintenance. Able to independently complete partner docking, business promotion and contract landing, with outstanding market judgment and business development capabilities.

Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, able to independently prepare proposals, analyse data and compile regular reports..

Comprehensive Quality: Possess excellent communication skills, executive ability and team collaboration awareness. Proactive and self-motivated at work, able to adapt to market work pressure, with strong market expansion awareness and customer service awareness.
