We are looking for a young and energetic individual to oversee marketing campaigns
and sales strategies to enhance product visibility and ensure continued revenue growth
in the retail and wholesale FMCG sector.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve
monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth by actively engaging with distributors,
retailers, and key wholesale clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, onboard new retail and wholesale partners, and
expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure repeat
business and higher order volumes.
• Plan and implement trade promotions, schemes, and in-store activation activities to
boost product movement.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and lead generation activities to ensure
continuous business growth.
• Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market demand to position products
effectively.
• Supervise branding, merchandising, and visibility initiatives across retail outlets and
distribution networks.
• Ensure optimum stock movement by coordinating closely with warehouse and supply
chain teams.
• Analyse sales data, campaign ROI, and territory performance to optimise strategies
and improve profitability.
• Lead negotiations with distributors and key accounts to close deals and maximise
margins.
• Manage online sales channels, including social media and digital campaigns, with a
focus on lead generation and conversions.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights for
management review.

Skills and Experience:
* A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or any field; OR at least two years of
relevant experience. Prior experience in B2C and B2B sales is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of retail promotion strategies and consumer behaviour.
* Proven experience in campaign management and sales planning.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and team coordination abilities.

Other requirements:
Must have a valid status to work in New Zealand.
Full driver's licence.
Clean character check.
Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing
