Ultimate Cleaning Limited is seeking a Cleaning Service Manager to join its team in the Hamilton. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring operations are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Manager to lead our commercial cleaning operations. This role oversees multiple sites, staff, quality, client relationships.

Duties:

• Plan, coordinate and manage daily cleaning operations

• Prepare rosters and allocate staff as per need

• Conduct site inspections and quality audits

• Manage client enquiries and complaints

• Monitor stock and order supplies

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements

• Prepare operational reports and manage budgets

• Recruit, train and manage cleaning staff

• Monitor attendance and performance

• Prepare reports on operations and client services, track key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and provide insights to support client retention and business growth

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant (cleaning job) experience or a relevant qualification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and Health & Safety
