Hourly rate: $35~ $40
Job location: Auckland
Employment type: full-time, permanent
Minimum Hours per week: at least 30 hours per week

 

Duties:

  • Supervise and lead a team of workers on building sites.
  • Coordinate daily construction activities with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure work is carried out accurately.
  • Ensure all construction work is completed to the required quality standards and project timelines.
  • Organise and monitor the delivery, storage, and use of materials, tools, and equipment on site.
  • Inspect completed work and identify any defects or issues requiring rectification.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, building regulations, and company procedures.
  • Communicate site progress, workforce requirements, and project issues to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, labour allocation, and work completed.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to take the responsibilities with a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
