Key Requirements: 2 years’ experience OR Level 4 qualification


Key Responsibilities:
Supervise post-harvest orchard activities and fruit handling processes.
Coordinate harvest teams and ensure proper fruit collection and bin management.
Monitor fruit quality, grading requirements, and handling standards.
Allocate tasks and supervise workers across orchard sites.
Maintain records of harvest, stock movement, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements.
Liaise with management regarding harvest progress and logistics.
Train staff in safe handling, equipment use, and quality control practices.
Identify and report issues related to quality, damage, or delays.
Support efficient coordination between orchard and post-harvest logistics.
