About the Role
 
Reporting into the Quality team, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities across a busy manufacturing operation and ensuring customer, food safety and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and supporting day-to-day quality assurance activities across site
  • Managing product testing, verification, release and investigation processes
  • Coordinating quality reporting, audits and corrective actions
  • Supporting and developing a team of Quality Officers
  • Driving a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement
 
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance role within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar regulated environment
  • A qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance and quality systems
  • Previous leadership or team supervision experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
