This position is Full time, 30 hours per week guaranteed.

Marketing Specialist 

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the school's annual marketing strategy and recruitment campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitor activities and target customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Plan, coordinate and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Google Business and other online platforms.
Develop branding strategies and ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Create and manage marketing content, including promotional videos, photography, newsletters, website content and advertising materials.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance using digital analytics, preparing reports and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community organisations and business partners to increase brand awareness and student enrolment.
Organise promotional events, open days, workshops, competitions and community engagement activities to support business growth.
Coordinate customer enquiries and marketing leads, supporting student recruitment and client relationship management.
Assist management in preparing marketing budgets, annual marketing plans and business development strategies.

 

Requirements
Either Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, 
or At least three years' full time work experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing and content strategy.
Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing projects.
