Shiv Ravji & Co Ltd seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of its Waihi Beach Seaside Store and Takeaway. The role involves managing staff, stock control, budgeting, customer service, and operational performance to support a business that operates seven days a week.

Position Title: Store Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Bay of Plenty, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $30 – $36 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

 

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 Year's of Experience OR Level 4 Qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
  • Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and assist with pricing decisions.
  • Promote and advertise the store and takeaway's goods and services.
  • Sell goods and services to customers and assist with customer enquiries when required.
  • Maintain records of stock levels, purchases, sales, and financial transactions.
  • Undertake budgeting and monitor business performance.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and support store staff.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of 4 staff members.
  • Prepare staff rosters and allocate daily duties.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety, food safety, and company procedures.
  • Oversee daily store and takeaway operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Report operational performance and business matters to the Directors as required.
