operations grow, we are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our
team!
The Role
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our supply chain, inventory, and
dispatch operations. Your goal will be to streamline storage and ensure timely
deliveries to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and stock management.
- Coordinate freight distributions to optimize timelines and costs.
- Manage inventory accuracy and warehouse space.
- Liaise with providers and suppliers for a seamless supply chain.
- Collaborate with teams to fulfill orders and maintain safety standards.
Remuneration & Hours
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in logistics/supply chain OR a relevant
qualification.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in inventory
- A hands-on leadership style focused on safety and efficiency.
Manage all daily warehouse workflows including inbound receiving, storage,
picking, packing, and dispatch.
Coordinate with local and national freight and courier providers to optimize
delivery timelines and costs.
Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, full
stocktakes, and system updates.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for safety and fast order
fulfillment.
Liaise with procurement to manage bulk inwards shipments, container
devanning, and stock arrival times.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate updates on stock
availability and order delivery ETAs.
Enforce strict Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) protocols and ensure
regular maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Audit freight provider invoices regularly to ensure accurate billing against
contracted rates.
Track key performance metrics including order accuracy, on-time delivery, and
inventory variance.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant logistics experience OR an
equivalent relevant qualification.
Requires proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and
Microsoft Excel.
A valid NZ Forklift License (OSH/F-endorsement) is highly preferred.
