Guillotine Operator | Commercial Print | Mt Wellington

Join an established commercial print business based in Mt Wellington with a strong reputation for quality and service. They are looking for an experienced Guillotine Operator to join their production team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys producing accurate work and takes pride in their craft. The successful candidate will operate a Baumann guillotine within a professional print environment, with the opportunity to assist across other finishing equipment when required.

The Role

  • Set up and operate a Baumann guillotine to accurately trim printed work.

  • Interpret job specifications and ensure work meets required standards.

  • Complete routine machine checks and maintain a safe work area.

  • Work with the production team to meet daily deadlines.

  • Assist with other finishing equipment when required.

About You

  • Previous experience operating an industrial guillotine within a commercial print environment.

  • Experience with Baumann, Polar or similar systems is advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.

  • Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team.

  • Clear communication skills and a good understanding of health and safety.
