About the Role

  • Operate a W&H Miraflex 8-colour wide web flexographic printing press, producing quality printed products on flexible film substrates

  • Work as part of a skilled production team alongside experienced printers, print assistants, and dedicated mount-up operators

  • Ensure high standards of print quality, efficiency, and production output

  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused production environment

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience operating a wide web flexographic printing press

  • Experience printing onto flexible film substrates

  • Strong understanding of print quality, colour, registration, and troubleshooting

  • A safety-first mindset and excellent attention to detail

  • A positive and collaborative approach to teamwork

  • Good communication skills

  • Physically fit and comfortable safely lifting up to 25kg

  • Ability to commit to a permanent night shift roster
