We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual with strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Determining product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
  • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies.
  • Setting and reviewing product pricing strategies.
  • Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services.
  • Selling goods and services to customers and providing advice on product selection and use.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, inventory, and financial transactions.
  • Preparing and managing budgets for the establishment.
  • Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve business growth.
  • Controlling the recruitment, selection, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff.
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety policies and relevant workplace legislation.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficient and profitable performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have:

  • Level 4 Qualification or 2 years work experience in similar industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Good organisational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety.

  • Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
