We are currently seeking a dedicated Courier Driver to join our team. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering and pickup packages to our clients while providing exceptional customer service. The role is for permanent full time position for min 30 hours per week and max 40 hours per week. The wages are between min $25 per hour to max $30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pickups to designated locations within specified timeframe.
- Load and unload packages onto the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and security of all items.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records including proof of delivery and any discrepancies encountered using handheld scanners.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, pedestrians, and other drivers on the road.
- Stick to company standards and regulations without taking any shortcuts, ensuring that all deliveries are conducted with integrity and professionalism.
- Fully comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to transportation and delivery operations.
- Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Must have a secondary school qualification.
- Valid full driver licence including Dangerous Good Licence or ability to gain full driver’s licence including DG Licence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry packages weighing up to 30Kg.
- Display a willingness to start early in the morning and finish late as needed to ensure timely and efficient delivery and pickups of packages.
- Perform duties in any weather condition, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in challenging environments.
- You must have a clean police record and drug check.
