Conduct comprehensive pre-lending site visits to physically evaluate existing structural frameworks and material inventories, ensuring strict adherence to approved building specifications and NZ building standards.


Formulate independent cost calculations and construct detailed time scale estimations for proposed developments to verify whether the applicant’s budget matches the requested capital.

Execute routine geometric and volumetric computations on raw materials and plot preliminary cost-to-progress data into internal credit risk modeling systems for valuation purposes.


Review and analyze structural engineering designs, blueprints, council resource consents, and district codes of practice submitted by commercial loan applicants to assess project feasibility from a technical risk perspective.
