We specialize in building quality homes, delivering personalized service, and expert craftsmanship to create spaces that perfectly suit your lifestyle and needs. We now need three Carpenters to join our team. This is a full-time position with at least 30 hours of work per week.

Job Duties:

•Review drawings and specifications to determine required materials, dimensions,

and installation methods.

•Order and select timber and building materials, ensuring accuracy in quantity and

quality.

•Prepare layouts, cut materials to size, and assemble components using nails,

screws, and adhesives.

•Construct and install framework, roof structures, sub-flooring, and floorboards,

ensuring structural accuracy.

•Install fascia panels, roof sheathing, exterior cladding, and door and window

frames.

•Assemble and fit pre-cut wood to form structures and fittings for installation.

•Cut and shape wood joints for strong and secure connections.

•Repair and modify existing fixtures and fittings.

•Adhere to health and safety standards

•Other reasonable tasks required by management

• Maintain a clean work environment.

 

 

Requirements for this role:

•Have at least two years of work experience in construction work.

•A construction-related certificate, or a bachelor's degree in any major, can replace the work experience requirement.

•Have good communication and coordination skills.

•Have an attention to detail.

•Be able to work both as a team and independently.

•Have your own transport.
