- Earn 50 to 55 AUD/hr plus 12% super, strong rate for experienced multi-plant operators with real upside at the top end
- 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, early finish every single day with genuine weekends to yourself
- Established local government contracts across multiple Perth councils, consistent and predictable work that is not going anywhere
- Varied equipment across chippers, loaders, stump grinders, EWPs, and trucks, exposure to a wide range of plant on every shift
- EWP upskilling available for the right candidate once settled, a genuine investment in your development

You will be working as part of a crew on EWP-based local government tree work across Perth's northern councils. This is a multi-plant operator role, not a climbing-focused position. Day to day you will be:
- Driving trucks to move crews and equipment between local government sites, Class 2 licence or higher required
- Operating chippers, loaders, and stump grinders across council tree work programmes
- Working alongside EWP operators on tree removal, pruning, and maintenance jobs
- Leading or supporting a small crew across multiple jobs per day
- Maintaining equipment, safety standards, and worksite presentation on all council sites
- Passing and maintaining compliance with drug and alcohol testing requirements
What We Need
- Certificate III in Arboriculture or NZ equivalent, proof of qualification is essential and inability to verify is an automatic disqualifier
- Class 2 truck licence or higher, essential and non-negotiable for this role, this is the NZ equivalent of the Australian MR licence required on site
- White Card, to be obtained upon arrival
- EWP licence advantageous, an Australian licence can be obtained after arrival for the right candidate
- Multi-plant operator experience across chippers, loaders, stump grinders, and EWP environments
- Clean drug and alcohol history, the company conducts testing and failure is an automatic disqualifier
- Stable employment history with genuine tenure at arboricultural or horticultural employers
- Genuinely committed to building a long-term career in arboriculture in Perth, not using this as a stepping stone to another industry
