We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our Auckland store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful operation of the retail store, including:
 Determining product mix, stock levels, and customer service standards to meet business objectives.
 Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing strategies to support sales growth.
 Setting and reviewing pricing strategies in line with market conditions and business goals.
 Promoting and advertising the company's jewellery products and services through various marketing initiatives.
 Selling products and services to customers and providing expert advice on jewellery selection, care, and use.
 Maintaining accurate records of inventory, stock movements, sales, and financial transactions.
 Preparing and monitoring budgets and assisting with financial planning for the store.
 Recruiting, selecting, training, supervising, and motivating retail staff to achieve performance targets.
 Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies and all relevant regulatory requirements.
 Monitoring store performance and implementing continuous improvements to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.


Skills and Experience Required
 Must hold a minimum Diploma qualification OR three years of relevant work experience
 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
 Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
 Sound understanding of workplace health and safety obligations.
 Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
