About the Role

L Dot Limited is currently seeking talented and passionate Hairdressers to join our dynamic salon team. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills while delivering exceptional hair care services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and provide suitable recommendations
  • Perform hair cutting, styling, colouring, and treatment services
  • Shave, trim, and shape beards and moustaches
  • Provide face, scalp, and neck massages
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including sanitising tools and workstations
  • Stay up to date with current hairdressing trends and techniques
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Supervise apprentices and trainees where required

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Hairdresser, or a relevant Level 4 qualification
  • High standard of personal hygiene and professional presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume salon environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts for all hair types and lengths
  • Good time management and punctuality
  • Flexible availability, including weekends if required
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
