RSW Group Limited, trading as Inlux Thai Massage & Spa, commenced operations in February 2025. The clinic has been fully renovated to a high standard, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment that meets all health and safety requirements.

Since reopening, Inlux Thai Massage & Spa has received excellent customer feedback and continues to experience increasing demand for its services. Although the business is relatively new, it is operating on a stable and sustainable basis.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking experienced and passionate Massage Therapists to join our team. The successful applicants will provide authentic Traditional Thai Massage and a range of therapeutic massage treatments tailored to meet each client's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

·       Work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, on a rostered basis.

·       Deliver professional massage and spa treatments, including:

o   Traditional Thai Massage

o   Thai Oil Massage

o   Sports Massage

o   Hot Stone Massage

o   Deep Tissue Massage

·       Massage the body's soft tissues, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery.

·       Apply a variety of massage techniques to assist with sports performance, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and physical recovery.

·       Provide treatments that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve clients' overall well-being.

·       Assess clients' physical condition, posture, and medical history to identify soft tissue concerns and recommend suitable treatments.

·       Develop appropriate treatment plans and provide practical advice, including stretching exercises, rehabilitation guidance, and relaxation techniques.

·       Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to a high professional standard.

·       Follow all hygiene, health, and safety requirements at all times.

·       Recommend suitable retail products and additional services where appropriate.

·       Perform any other reasonable duties required by the employer.

About You

To be considered for this position, you should meet one of the following requirements:

·       Hold a relevant NZQF Level 4 qualification or higher in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field (preferred); OR

·       Have at least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Traditional Thai Massage clinic; OR

·       Hold a Certificate in Massage Therapy at any level, with preference given to applicants who have completed a Traditional Thai Massage qualification from a recognised training provider.

You should also have:

·       Proven ability to perform Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Oil Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage.

·       A genuine passion for health, wellness, and massage therapy.

·       Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

·       Good communication skills.

·       The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

·       A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.

·       Sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
