Vision 2013 Limited is a well-established kitchen installation company delivering high-quality residential and commercial kitchen projects. You will work closely with cabinet makers,  suppliers, and installers to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsperson to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning kitchen concepts into accurate production drawings and working collaboratively with cabinet makers and installation teams to deliver outstanding results.

About the Role

As our AutoCAD Draftsperson, you will play a key role in the design and production process, preparing detailed workshop and installation drawings for custom kitchens and cabinetry. You'll liaise with designers, cabinet makers, project managers, and installers to ensure all drawings are practical, accurate, and ready for manufacture and installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for custom kitchens, cabinetry, and joinery.
  • Produce accurate workshop, manufacturing, and installation drawings.
  • Review architectural plans and site measurements to ensure drawing accuracy.
  • Work closely with cabinet makers to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with project managers and installers to resolve design or installation queries.
  • Revise drawings as projects progress and client requirements change.
  • Maintain organised drawing records and documentation.
  • Ensure all drawings meet company standards and project specifications.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, or a qualification at Level 4 or above with relevant skills for this position
  • The ability to produce accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • A strong understanding of cabinet construction methods, hardware, and kitchen layouts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to interpret architectural and design plans.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with designers, cabinet makers, installers, and suppliers.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Please note: This is a full time position with a guaranteed hours of at least 30 hours a week.
