We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our client's growing team in Wellington. These are full-time, permanent roles with a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week, offering a variety of installation, servicing, and maintenance work across residential, commercial, and project-based sites.
Location: Wellington Pay: NZD $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Minimum 30 guaranteed per week. Employment type: Full-time, permanent.

The Role
- Install air conditioning systems, including hi-wall and ducted units
- Carry out routine maintenance, servicing and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs on HVAC systems and controls
- Work across residential, commercial and project-based sites
- Liaise with clients to provide advice and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Qualified HVAC Technician with strong installation and/or service experience, or an advanced apprentice with equivalent industry experience
- Good technical skills in fault diagnosis
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional approach
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Commitment to health and safety
- Full driver's licence
- Willingness to travel to other regions occasionally as project demand requires (travel, accommodation and meals covered)
