· Define system requirements for compliance workflow controls, including AML, disclosure, responsible lending, recommendation rationale records, mandatory fields and checklists.
· Prepare reporting and data-mining requirements for application pipeline visibility, adviser productivity, lead sources, loan renewal/refinance opportunities and client segmentation.
· Coordinate vendors, implementation planning, system testing, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, rollout support, user procedures and post-implementation review.

· Sound understanding of enterprise systems, reporting, data quality, privacy, information governance, data integrity and cyber-security principles.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
