We are looking for a supply and distribution manager for our furniture warehouse and store.

An ideal applicant must have at least two years’ experience in the furniture retail or wholesale industry.

 

Job duties include

  • Oversee warehouse operations
  • Develop and implement purchasing, storage, and distribution policies and plans.
  • Develop and implement policies to maintain required stock levels while minimizing costs.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to satisfy quality, cost, and delivery standards.
  • Review and manage storage and inventory systems to fulfil supply requirements and regulate stock levels.
  • Operate tracking systems to monitor all movements of supplies and finished goods, ensuring timely re-ordering and restocking.
  • Supervise the documentation of purchase, storage, and distribution transactions.
  • Handle delivery issues by liaising with staff

We will offer a minimum of 30 hours per week.
