KZEL Holdings Limited is a Hamilton-based company operating in residential property development, design and construction. We are also involved in the application and market development of innovative building systems and materials in New Zealand.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support our property projects and promote our innovative building solutions to the New Zealand market.

About the Role

This is a hands-on marketing role responsible for planning and delivering marketing initiatives across the company’s property development and building technology activities. The successful candidate will work closely with management and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness, develop market opportunities and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement marketing plans for the company’s property development projects and innovative building solutions.

· Conduct market research and analyse market trends, customer needs and industry competition.

· Develop branding, promotional materials and digital marketing content.

· Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.

· Prepare clear marketing content based on project information, product features and technical material.

· Build and maintain relationships with property developers, construction professionals, industry organisations and other business partners.

· Coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, seminars and promotional events.

· Identify new market opportunities and support business development initiatives.

· Prepare marketing, campaign performance and market analysis reports for management.

Skills and Qualifications

To be considered in this role, you should will have:

· A qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, Public Relations, Property, Construction, Engineering, or another relevant discipline; OR

· At least two years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, brand promotion or market development.

Desirable Experience

· Digital marketing, website content management or social media marketing.

· Experience in the property, construction, building materials or a related industry.

· Knowledge of New Zealand's property, construction or building sector.
