Coordinate change initiatives, deliver training, support system adoption, and help stakeholders embrace new processes, tools, and ways of working
We are seeking a proactive and curious Change Coordinator to join a growing organisation committed to continuous improvement, digital transformation, and employee development. This is an incredible opportunity for somebody early in their Change career who enjoys engaging with stakeholders and supporting business initiatives.

This is an on-site based position in Dunedin.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the P&C function, you'll play a key role in supporting business change initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to coordinate training activities, develop learning resources, provide user support, and drive successful adoption of new systems and processes.

ABOUT YOU:
You are an organised and proactive professional who enjoys helping people navigate change. You build strong relationships, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and can translate complex concepts into practical and user-friendly solutions.

SKILL SET:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in change coordination or learning & development.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives, system implementations, or business improvement projects.
  • Confidence working with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • A proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Prior exposure to creating training documentation.
