We're looking for a reliable and energetic Warehouse Manager to join our team! This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.

As a Warehouse Manager, your job would require:
1. Your main responsibility is to manage the daily warehouse operations, ensuring that
goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
2. You will lead, supervise, and support the warehouse team by conducting daily team
meetings, providing training, monitoring performance, preparing rosters, and
ensuring staff follow company procedures.
3. You will plan and coordinate delivery schedules and distribution activities to ensure
customer orders are completed and dispatched on time while maintaining effective
communication with customers and the sales team regarding delivery updates and
estimated arrival times.
4. You will oversee inventory movements, ensuring all stock transactions are
accurately recorded using the warehouse management system and that
documentation is completed and filed correctly.
5. You will ensure all products are safely stored, handled, loaded, and unloaded while
maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse, yard, and bulk storage area
in accordance with company standards.
6. You will monitor stock storage and warehouse layout to maximise space utilisation,
improve workflow efficiency, and maintain accurate inventory control.
7. You will ensure all outgoing goods are picked, packed, labelled, and packaged
securely to minimise damage during transport, while maintaining freight charging
procedures and preparing delivery documentation when required.
8. You will support the delivery operation by assisting with loading vehicles, signing
for deliveries, verifying shipment accuracy, and ensuring safe handling of goods at
all times.
9. You will promote and maintain a safe working environment by identifying
workplace hazards, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies, and
encouraging safe work practices across the warehouse.
10. You will continuously review warehouse processes, identify opportunities for
operational improvements, participate in company training, and assist with other
duties assigned by management to support business operations.

Requirements:
 Holds a minimum Level 4 qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
Business, or a related field OR at least two years of relevant work experience.
 Holds a current New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence or an equivalent overseas
licence.
 Holds a current Forklift Licence (F Endorsement) or is willing to obtain one through
company-provided training.
