Our services include Portable Homes, Portable Containers, Food Trailers, and Solar System and Generator solutions for portable applications. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Building Labourer to join our team.

About the Role

As a Building Labourer, you will assist with the delivery, installation, maintenance, and renovation of portable buildings and related construction projects. You will work closely with experienced tradespeople to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting building materials, tools, and equipment to and around work sites.
  • Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and renovation of portable homes, portable buildings, and related structures.
  • Erecting and dismantling temporary structures such as barricades and scaffolding as required.
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading construction materials including concrete, mortar, and plaster.
  • Digging holes and trenches, excavating materials, and removing spoil using wheelbarrows and other equipment.
  • Spreading and levelling soil, gravel, and sand for site preparation and foundations.
  • Assisting with the assembly and installation of piping, valves, and fittings.
  • Assisting with the installation of fixtures such as toilets, wash basins, and other plumbing-related components within portable buildings.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment by handling materials, removing debris, and following all health and safety procedures.
  • Performing general labouring duties as directed to support construction, maintenance, and renovation projects.
