Production worker needed for our client in Mangere. Physically fit to do constant lifting of products weigh up to 30kgs. Can work in dusty environment making cement products. Great opportunity to grow and upskill for the right person.

About the role:
This is an ongoing, long-term position with great opportunities to grow within the business. The job is a mix of process work and general labour. You will be doing heavy lifting of cement bags up to 30kgs throughout the day. Due to the dusty environment, you are required to wear a face mask for most of your shift. 
 
Heads up: This role is not for you if you prefer to keep your nails clean and have a spotless uniform by the end of the day!
 
The Job:
  • Must be physically fit to handle heavy lifting of 30kg bags.
  • Working daily in a dusty environment.
  • Stacking heavy bags onto pallets.
  • Occasional pick packing of orders.

 

About you:
  • Fast on your feet and able to lift 30kgs constantly during a full shift.
  • Great attendance record and reliable transport (free parking available).
  • Proactive team player who can use their initiative.
  • High attention to detail is an absolute MUST.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean MOJ check.
