Pleasure Electrical Limited is seeking a motivated marketing specialist to join us in Auckland.

You are required to 1) work at least 30 hours of work per week, 2) minimum two years of relevant work experience or a NZQF qualification in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

We offer hourly wage rate from $29 to $49, depending on your skill/experience

Key responsibility: you are responsible for developing marketing strategies, enhancing the Company's digital presence, promoting our services and supporting long-term business growth through market research, digital marketing and customer engagement.

Main job tasks include

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Company's construction and electrical services.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including the Company website, social media, and online promotions. 
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
  • Create engaging marketing content and promotional materials across digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic and customer engagement, and recommend improvements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support brand development initiatives.
  • Coordinate promotional events, industry networking and customer engagement activities.
  • Work collaboratively with Directors and the Sales team to support business growth.
