Vege King Limited operates a retail business and requires a Store
Manager to manage full store operations on day‑to‑day business activities. The Store Manager will take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the business including staffmanagement, stock control, sales, and compliance to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Position Title: Store Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Hamilton, Waikato
Pay Rate: $32 – $37 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 50 hours per week

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of retail experience OR Level 4 or higher qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine product range, stock levels, and service standards.
Implement purchasing policies and maintain supplier relationships.
Promote and advertise store products and services.
Assist customers with product selection and provide customer service.
Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Monitor store sales and prepare budgeting and cost control of the Store.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff .
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the store independently.
Maintain store presentation and operational standards.
Oversee all aspects of the business including staff management, stockcontrol, sales, and compliance to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
