About the role:

We have plans to grow our store in particular our store offering. Our offering is independent and from Foodstuffs. To ensure our plans go to plan, we require the help of a Store Manager to autonomously lead, grown and manage our store. 

 

Your key duties will include:

  • Developing sales and marketing policies and procedures to help grow our store.
  • Manage day to day operations of our store including resolving enquiries and complaints and stock rotation.
  • Complete market research to identify current and future customer needs and marketing activities to promote our goods.
  • Complete budget and strategy work to help grow our store.
  • Recruit, select and train staff.

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience working with a comparable employer.
