- Carrying out panel beating and collision repair work across a full range of vehicle types and damage profiles
- Performing chassis alignment and straightening to manufacturer specifications
- Completing vehicle restoration work across the workshop portfolio
- Mentoring and supporting apprentices on the floor
- Conducting quality inspections throughout the repair process to maintain the workshop's high standards
- Working closely with the owner on complex and high-value jobs
- Overseeing vehicle stripping, repair, and reassembly processes
What We Need
- Trade qualification in Panel Beating, non-negotiable
- Proven experience across all aspects of collision repair and smash repair work in a body shop environment
- Chassis alignment and vehicle restoration experience, both specifically required
- Experience mentoring apprentices and working effectively as part of a small team
- Open manual driver's licence, required
- Genuine passion for the trade and pride in the quality of your work, candidates motivated purely by money will not be the right fit here
- Easy-going, professional attitude and willingness to take direction from the owner on the floor
