About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join us at ROOHANI INVESTMENTS LIMITED T/a Citeus Group Management. We are Auckland-based property developer delivering residential and commercial developments across the region. We're a growing team focused on quality builds and strong outcomes for our clients and communities. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to support sales and marketing across our projects. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you'll help position our developments in the market and support sales targets from launch through to settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to each project in the pipeline, bringing a positive, growth-focused mindset to sales targets and projections.
- Create strategies for advertising, PR, sales and marketing in collaboration with other managers, keeping pace with project timelines and construction milestones.
- Meet regularly with the team to shape sales and marketing strategy for current and upcoming developments.
- Adapt strategies as market conditions, buyer sentiment and interest rates shift.
2. Business Development
- Spot market opportunities by building relationships with real estate agents, brokers and industry networks.
- Oversee sales activity across projects — setting the unit/lot mix, target regions, and service standards for show homes and sales suites.
- Guide distribution approach, coordinating sales agents and liaising with real estate partners and distributors.
- Set sales terms, including pricing strategy, deposit structures and credit arrangements for both off-the-plan and completed stock.
3. Client & Relationship Management
- Arrange meetings with purchasers, investors and other stakeholders, and build lasting, positive relationships.
- Keep buyers satisfied throughout their journey, from first enquiry to settlement and handover.
- Uphold the integrity and standards of the organisation at all times, particularly given the trust required in property transactions.
4. Marketing & Communications
- Lead initiatives for new developments, marketing collateral and advertising campaigns across digital, print, signage and show home presentation.
- Track new development launches and campaign performance, following up as needed.
- Put together all presentations for sales meetings, investor briefings and agent briefings.
- Prepare sales projections and targets for each release stage, following up on progress.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in property, real estate or a related marketing role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a sales and marketing team across multiple projects.
Location: Auckland
Pay: $35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
