Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Building Supervisor to oversee our scaffolding and painting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, directing crew members, and ensuring that all material and human resources are efficiently organized and deployed. You will play a vital role in keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all safety standards.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Oversight: Actively supervise construction sites, ensuring daily operations run smoothly from setup through project completion.

  • Resource Allocation: Organize, schedule, and coordinate both human resources (scaffolders, painters, subcontractors) and physical materials needed for each project phase.

  • Work Progress & Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure scaffolding builds and painting applications meet industry standards, client specifications, and project deadlines.

  • Client & Subcontractor Liaison: Serve as the primary on-site contact for site management, general contractors, and clients to communicate progress updates and resolve operational issues promptly.

 
Job Prerequisites:
  • At least 12 months of relevant on-site experience.

Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.Physical fitness to carry out manual tasks.No criminal convictions and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
