The offer:

  • Full-time permanent role
  • Sunday to Friday, 5:30 pm to 2:00 am 
  • Based at Ihumatao Road, Mangere [near Auckland Airport]

The role:

  • Accurately pick & pack orders (manual and scan).
  • Monitor and manage the use of the pick-pack scanning system.
  • Check and assist the team leader in finding the stocks that are not in location.
  • Replenish stock as needed to ensure proper stock rotation and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure product is stored safely at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Assist with general warehouse functions.

The person:

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • Must have a year of experience in a Warehouse or Logistics environment working in Freezer.
  • Forklift/Bendi License is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to work in freezer temperature (temperature can be as low as -24 degree).
  • No criminal convictions related to harm, theft or drugs.
  • May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Be physically strong and fit; the job involves hand loading and hoist work.
  • Basic English and numerical literacy.
  • Scanning and Computer skills are advantageous.
  • A self- starter who doesn't need constant supervision- you will own this role.
  • Have reasonably good reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
  • You will be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.
  • Be extremely reliable, a proven record of exceptional attendance in all previous work.
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must have their own transport.
