We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and account management. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand our client base
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of [specific industry/sector] is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
