Atranz Limited is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our team.

  • Position: Diesel Mechanic
  • Location: Auckland
  • Hourly Rate: $35 - $40
  • Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 30
  • Maximum Weekly Hours: 55

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and overhauls on diesel vehicles, heavy machinery and equipment, with a focus on excavators, bulldozers, rollers, Moxy’s and trucks.
  • Inspect equipment to identify faults, wear or mechanical issues and complete diagnosis and breakdown repairs.
  • Arrange, fit and install required parts and materials.
  • Complete accurate pre and post inspection checklists on all hire age machinery
  • Help keep the workshop tidy, organized and safe and support general housekeeping and efficiency improvements in the workshop and on site.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 Years experience or Level 4 Qualifications
  • Pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
