Now we are looking for 5x drainlayers to join our team and we invite you to share this commitment with us!

We offer competitive rates and are looking for motivated hard working candidates to join our team on a full time (guaranteed 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) and permanent basis. The location of work will be within the West Coast.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Install, repair, and maintain below-ground drainage systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
• Read blueprints, design drainage systems based on project requirements and site conditions
• Dig trenches, remove rocks and earth for laying drains
• Measure, cut, join and seal drains as per specifications 
• Install pipes and piping fixtures for water or sewage systems
• Identify and troubleshoot drainage issues and propose cost-effective solutions
• Lay and repair sewage and storm water drain and install and repair wastewater treatment systems
• Consult with shareholders about where the drains or wastewater treatment systems are to be laid or repaired this is especially important regarding underground gas pipes. 
• Ensure compliance with regional council requirements and set safety standards

What you'll need to succeed:

• Have at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in the same field/industry OR
• Have at least a relevant level 4 qualification
