The Opportunity:
On their behalf we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the Penrose based Team. They are looking for a highly motivated team player who is passionate about customer service and who will enjoy a busy and varied role.
This role is more suitable for someone who has around a year or more experience in a Call centre or Customer service role and is looking for their next step.
The role is offered up as a 6-month contract, but there is the possibility of this being extended or made permanent.
About the Role:
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries on orders, stock availabilities and delivery ETAs
- Process orders, inputting them into their ERP System Navision
- Follow up of orders for key accounts
- Build a successful working relationship with the outbound sales team and their customers
- Liaise with cross-functional team members including Technical Support, Warehouse and Operations and Product Management to provide solutions for customers
- Ensures that all order processing related activities are completed in accordance with Dometic practices
- Handles complaints from customers and seek to resolve them
- Upskill across a large product suite
- Provide support during stocktakes with the team
- Deliver consistent customer service
Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4:pm
About you:
- Have already cut your teeth in a contact centre, or customer service role
- Strong phone-based communication
- Is adaptable and can flex between responding to a customer query one minute and processing an order the next.
- Enjoys a busy role. Accurate keyboarding skills
- Has a good grasp on picking up on systems with any exposure to an ERP like SAP or Navision.
- Enjoys building relationships with clients who you will deal with often.
- Will chip in to support the wider team
- Possesses a positive, friendly attitude and a solid work ethic.
