George Grant Engineering Ltd (GGE) is a Structural Steel company based in Papakura and provides site erection services around Auckland and throughout New Zealand. The company enjoys a solid reputation built up over many years of successful contract delivery.
GGE employs approximately 60 staff throughout multiple divisions of the business.
We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to take charge of all deliveries from our factory in Papakura.


This is a very demanding and busy position and is responsible for the following:
 Managing the week to week dispatch forecast.
 Ensuring all materials are ready for dispatch as forecast.
 Helping with and managing loading of trucks.
 Managing trucks, trailers and drivers including all necessary maintenance and permits etc.
 Ensuring all delivery notes and other paper work are complete and up to date.

Ideally you will have warehouse dispatch experience in a busy environment and/or experience with structural steel and the construction industry. You will be confident and familiar with computer data entry and logistics software.

Hours: Guaranteed 40hrs but must be prepared to work regular 52 hr week.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour  depending on skills and experience.
