Studio 97 Group is expanding, with two modern beauty salons located in Kaiapoi and Silverstream. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Beauty Salon Manager to lead our team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the beauty industry and enjoys developing teams, improving systems, and creating an outstanding salon culture.

About the Role

As Salon Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of both salons, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team performance, and continued business growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the daily operation of both salons
• Leading, motivating and supporting our beauty and hair team
• Rostering and managing staff performance
• Driving retail sales and achieving salon KPIs
• Ensuring outstanding customer service standards
• Managing bookings and salon workflow
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Training and mentoring therapists
• Maintaining stock levels and ordering products
• Assisting with promotions, social media and marketing campaigns
• Maintaining high hygiene and professional standards
• Working closely with the business owner to grow both salons

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous salon management or senior therapist experience
• Minimum of 1 Year Experiance in a similar role
• A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Experience using salon software (Timely experience is an advantage)
• A passion for customer service
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Retail sales experience
• A positive, can-do attitude
