Annual Salary $45,000 to $48,000 and 30 hours a week.

deVere New Zealand is looking to recruit for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA).

Although successful candidates will be given the appropriate training in financial services, a minimum of 12 months experience in financial services and BDA or Telemarketing roles would be preferred for this role.

Outstanding communication skills are among the most important attributes of the successful
candidate. We are also looking for candidates that have a strong sense of organisation, determination, a flawless work ethic and a proven ability to excel beyond targets and deadlines. 

These are all essential to being successful in the role.
Prosperous candidates would need to be self-confident and assured, especially when it comes to
telephone communications.

Working alongside an appointed Financial Adviser, you will help them to secure appointments through extensive networking and client research.

Successful candidates will be expected to sit and pass relevant industry qualifications and naturally
progress into an advisory role within 18 to 24 months.

Key Responsibilities:

· Developing potential business with clients
· Promoting the services provided by deVere New Zealand
· Co-ordinating with your Financial Adviser as well as the relevant financial institutions
· Providing administrative support
· Prospecting and networking with potential clients

Required Skills & Experience;

· 18 months experience in UK financial services and/or BDA role preferred
· Understanding of New Zealand and United Kingdom financial products and services
· Excellent all-round relationship building, communication, presentation and people skills
· Eagerness to build or further a career in the financial services and investment sectors
· Ethical, top performing attitude, motivated, hardworking, proactive, entrepreneurial and target driven individual
