ICT Support Technician

Requirements:

2 years of relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification, Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions.

Must be flexible for work, able to work over the weekends, and must cover our required shifts.

Long-term and full commitments are required.

Repairing, installing, or replacing components to fix faulty devices.

Downloading and installing software to fix the devices or improve efficiency.

Maintaining and repairing the intranet.

Transferring data from mobile devices such as tablets, smartphones, laptops, etc.

Managing work tools and stocks, placing orders when necessary;

Cell phone, tablets, and laptop logic board diagnosis and repair, CPU rework;

Fixing iPhones Face ID issues;

Soldering battery cells and battery replacement;

Keeping a record of repair orders;

Reporting jobs to the operator on a daily basis.
