Construction Foreman / Site Manager – Queenstown

About the role

We're looking for a Foreman or Site Manager who gets things done.

Someone who brings the energy, takes ownership, makes decisions, and isn't afraid to call it how it is. You'll know how to keep a programme moving, hold subcontractors accountable, and build a team that delivers.

If you're the type who waits to be told what to do, this isn't the role for you.

What you'll be doing

• Running day-to-day site operations
• Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Driving the programme and keeping projects moving
• Solving problems before they become delays
• Delivering quality work safely and on time

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Manager
• Strong commercial construction background
• A natural leader who earns respect and gets the best out of people
• Organised, decisive, and able to think on your feet
• Someone who takes ownership and isn't afraid of tough conversations
• Full NZ driver's licence
• Interiors or commercial fit-out experience is a bonus
