TopMop Cleaning Pvt Limited provides professional office cleaning services and is currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team to work in the Northland region.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. They should be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to flexible work schedules. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to travel to various work sites across Northland. We will cover all travel-related expenses between work locations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and methods.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, chairs, shelves, and electronic devices.
• Empty waste bins and recycle containers; replace liners and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, including sinks, toilets, urinals, counters, and appliances.
• Wash windows, glass partitions, and internal glass doors as required.
• Refill supplies such as soap, hand towels, toilet paper, and other consumables.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Perform basic inspection and upkeep of cleaning tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working order.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a clean and safe environment. 

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $25 to $27 per hour. 

Other requirements for the role:

• Prior relevant experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work weekends and late evenings.
• Physically fit to perform various tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to pass a Criminal Record Check by MOJ and a pre-employment drug test.
