Earn 50 to 55 AUD/hr as a welder fabricator in rural WA. Free flights, free accommodation, vehicle provided
Why Apply
Want to work somewhere small enough that your output actually matters, and stable enough that you are not wondering where the next job is coming from?
The company is a family-run silo manufacturing business based in Popanyinning, WA, one of only three silo manufacturers in the entire state. Demand is surging off the back of WA's shift toward grain farming and they cannot keep up without experienced tradespeople on the floor. This is a permanent, full-time role for a qualified welder fabricator who can back up their CV with their hands, show up every day, and get on with the work.
You will be working on the manufacturing floor producing grain silos, livestock feeders, and shade shelters at a well-established family fabrication business in Popanyinning, WA. This is volume, production-style fabrication work. It is not shutdowns, heavy structural, or project-based work. If you are someone who puts their head down, works to drawings, and takes pride in consistent quality output, you will fit here. The owner will know quickly whether you can back up your CV.
Day to day you will be:
What We Need
At 50 to 55 AUD/hr plus 12% super, with free flights, free accommodation, and a vehicle all provided, this is one of the most complete relocation packages available to a Kiwi welder fabricator right now. Almost everything is taken care of before you even land. Add a business sitting in a market with surging demand and only two competitors in the entire state and the long-term job security here is genuinely hard to match.
For Kiwi welder fabricators and sheet metal workers who want stability, a rural lifestyle with a lower cost of living, and a workplace where your work ethic actually gets noticed, this is worth a serious conversation.
